Biometric Credit Account System Launches at Millfield School

Millfield, one of the UK's top independent schools approached Three Software looking for a solution to manage their cashless accounts system for their pupils. They currently have a system that offered the Identity card as the pupils form of identification, but in reality this proved to be inefficient as the pupils would always forget their cards. This prompted them to look at the market for a new solution that could offer Biometric ID.

We had the strong backbone of the current Fidelitas Loyalty and Gift Card solution, and to this we added the functionality of a credit account system with Biometric ID for the customers. This will prove to be a much more efficient and secure way of identifying the pupils going forward and make for a more accurate billing system at the end of each semester

This innovative and comprehensive solution will have advanced features such as remote and on-line integration, supplier access and total stock and orders control. Development of this final nodule is nearing completion and we are confident that the functionality offered by this product will excite every retailer.
